Malware/Virus - Microsoft Community


my phone has been behaving strangely. whatsapp doesnt open, apps closed while im using them. facebook page starts refreshing. when turn off cell phone , turn on , try open whatsapp, 10 mins fine amd gets closed on own. handset nokia lumia 730. kindly suggest solution other factory reset, if theres any.

it's unlikely have virus or malware on phone because way these phones setup doesn't happen if don't want hard reset try soft reset turning phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart don't touch screen until restarts
