my windows 535 lumia is not able to restart - Microsoft Community


phone getting on , off , vibrating again , again. not showing main home screen,it starts till shows windows logo , after gets off same thing keep repeating till battery drains off.

better assist concern, please answer following questions:

  • what exact model of phone? lumia 353 not exist.
  • if possible provide, windows version , os build running on phone?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
