Office Lens: Can't exit programme - Microsoft Community

i have downloaded programme, , start (several months ago) liked using – it’s great download.

 

i have 1 issue , @ 1 time had deleted it.

 

the problem me:-

 

first of using ms lumia 950xl on have office 365, windows 10, os build: 10.0.143993.953.

 

when launch programme (office lens) allows me copy documents (my main requirement) save them etc.

 

having completed task want close down application.  can’t do. can select “back” or takes me phone etc.

 

the option have close down phone , re-start.

 

i tried contact using phone, composed lengthy question (as doing on pc) not send did not (till now) have password.

 

can help.

 

my phone not year old yet.

(09/05/17) have loaded office lens copy document, did , have spent last 10 minutes trying "exit programme" looks if have restart phone again, such waste of time.  have found 86 other have made same comment - why can't sort issue?

so 950xl when done slide on screen, press , hold arrow. screen becomes "small" , there "x" in upper right of application. press "x" , close app , return start screen.

if there more 1 app running in background, when press , hold arrow, of them show. can slide app (s) want close , press "x" or close of them if want. alternatively can easy slide app open , running in background tap , open up.
