Photos and apps picture disappearing off phone Lumia 640 LTE - Microsoft Community


i have been having glitches on phone recently. did switching off , on , seemed better. having same problem. take photo , check on phone. when again photos have disappeared , shows black squares. on tiles ap picture not there. 

any ideas please ? in advance.

we'd know more issue. isolate, please answer following questions:

  • which os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue begin?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
