Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in. uses an unsupported protocol - Microsoft Community


we have disabled tls 1.0 , tls 1.1 our site https://qa.valgenesis.net . have 2 pc windows 7 . in 1 pc have ie 11 latest version , other bit older version . have attached screen shot . 

in pc old version dont have problem in accessing  the site. pc ie 11 , latest version give me 

the following error . can me out 

turn on tls 1.0, tls 1.1, , tls 1.2 in advanced settings , try connecting https://qa.valgenesis.net again. if error persists, possible site uses unsupported protocol or cipher suite such rc4 (link details), not considered secure. please contact site administrator.
