video buffers occurs on microsoft edge , has been couple weeks , has became common , more common in full screen refreshing won't , wifi connection right have installed in may (last month) via  windows store have uninstalled have attempted sort self no succeed list of stuff have done resolve issue

factory reset/reset (once)

soft reset (4 times)

deleted  cookies , history (7 times)

deleted  installed apps on month

wifi 2 bars works tho

hi brandon,

this issue resolved using windows device recovery tool on phone. it'll install latest version of windows approved phone , remove else, including apps, games, texts, call history, music, , photos. we suggest use , check if issue persists. please back stuff avoid data loss.
