Win 10 v1511 black screen hangup or Win10 v1607 IE exception using - Microsoft Community

on windows 10 v 1511 build 10586.218 on dell precision m6700...

install "cumulative update windows 10 version 1511 x64-based systems (kb3205386)"... @ v1511 build 10586.713

at point when playing full screen video in ie 11 bbc news website laptop hangs black screen.

if win 10 further upgraded v 1607 follows, then

install "feature update windows 10, version 1607" ... @ windows 10, version 1607 build 14393.0

when playing full screen video in ie 11 bbc news website, ie survives throws exception fault...

nvwgf2um.dll (at c:\windows\syswow64\nvwgf2um.dll)  version 10.18.13.5362

unhandled exception @ 0x6ea28e23 (nvwgf2um.dll) in iexplore.exe: 0xc0000005: access violation reading location 0xccc3001c.

which in nvidia quadro k3000m driver.

both failures occur same 10.18.13.5362 version of dll.

are there workarounds, or dll update in works fixing otherwise sticking using win10 build 10586.218.

• troubleshoot blue screen errors
• get safe mode , other startup settings in windows 10
• recovery options in windows 10
• bsod finding , fixing them
