Windows 640xl phone continuously restarting - Microsoft Community

hello phone(windows 640 xl) continuously restarting day before warranty expired tried fix downgrading windows 10 windows 8.1 went not more month. after month again started restart  so decided handover device service center in home town took not less 2 weeks , said no issue in mother board or phone  (we cant identify issue in mother board) , did same did (reinstalled software in phone)they charged around 800 software update can own hands without of people , said please use phone if not might chance of getting same issue have change mother board(they not pretty sure whether works if install new mother board ) of mobile costs not less 7000 cant spent blindly 7000rs , suffering continues restarting issue not loading home screen or hard reset menu  please me regarding please provide quality service center. please me regarding issue thank you.
