128 Bit Encryption IE v11 for Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

trying accessing irs online system using ie v11 windows 10 need 128 bit encryption. 3 chats microsoft support, upgrades windows 10 , ie v11 , phone call , told contact microsoft community.  need set ie v11 128 bit encryption.  ; properties = not encrypted tools\security has enable protected mode checked , tools\advanced\security has enable enhanced protected mode, ssl 3.0 , tls 1.0 checked.  need set 128 bit encryption using v11 under windows 10?   thanks!

in windows 10 search bar type internet properties, under internet properties box, choose  advanced tab. scroll down , tick on use ssl 3.0. need "restart" computer enable , set ie v11 128 bit encryption.

if have windows 10 pro or enterprise , want install 128 bit encryption ie v11 windows 10, may go control panel, select all control panel items choose bitlocker drive encryption. check link.
