15014 - IE font size in address bar and Edge Tab - Microsoft Community


just upgraded 15014 today.

after reboot i've noticed 2 things in ie 11 i'm not thrilled (see screenshot)

the fonts address bar , favorites bar have both increased.  i've checked view, zoom , set 100%.  view, text size set medium.  pages inside browser fine.  i've checked display settings , checked font sizes menus/etc. , defaults of 9.  other browsers , office apps fine....it's ie 11.

so, there way fix normal font size?

second, there way remove "open microsoft edge" tab appears in ie 11?

what consider normal font size?

the font used in address bar , on favorite bar buttons segoe ui 12 pt.

segoe ui bit larger verdana font used in earlier builds of ie.

the edge button cannot removed either.

if want customizable should post request feedback hub.
