battery life - Microsoft Community


when charging phone indicates it's charging percentage not increase...... use phone's charger i'm wondering

this issue battery percentage not increasing while charging may hardware or software related. resolve this, let's perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation.
