Build 16176/9 - File dialog's pop-ups don't work in many - Microsoft Community

any file dialog uses system call bring file pop-up not work.

eg. save as. open, export, browse , print. 

i 've checked applications use only, here list of affected one.

word/excel/powerpoint - browse button in save page.

edge - print - empty preview , print

moi3d - open, save as, export

axure - open, save as, export

in other apps dialogs work.

i included edge print issue, there no popup, issue goes other.

i had problem 16176. went out other issue - update errors. 16179.

we want learn more concern. verify following:

• when did start happening?
• what changes made system since then?

if happened after update, run the windows update troubleshooter to diagnose issue. may run these commands: 

1. press windows key + x and select command prompt (admin).  

2. type dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press enter.  

3. once it's done, type sfc /scannow and press enter.  

4. restart computer.

the commands above fix corrupted system files. otherwise, report issue thru feedback hub app.
