cant access my contacts and my microsoft account on my windows 520 - Microsoft Community


i have reseting bt doesnt work both hard , soft still cant access access people/contact, tried download app bt still cant open

that's strange. let's check if there's pending software or app updates. check software updates, go settings > phone update and tap check updates. launch store > ... > downloads to check app updates. if none, may need download windows device recovery tool on windows pc flash approved windows version phone.

if didn't resolve issue, recommend visit our partner @ b2x have device checked.
