Error 0x8007045d windows phone 10 - Microsoft Community


error 0x8007045d occurs when connect headphone in windows 10 mobile phone, restarting phone not permemant solution. please support.

hello,

i using lumia 650 , have exact same problem. firstly thought it's video files (online youtube, or on device memory, sd card). it's audio , video files. error occurs when try play video or audio file located on device (or sd card) memory. when youtube file played, there error that video couldn't decoded. attached screenshots of 2 errors. ideas ho can manage fix it. device has been restores several times (because of different reasons)?

update 18.01 around 09:00: services, video , audio, working when bluetooth headset connected. when connection 3.5 jack, issue described above.
