on trying sync main outlook.com account on noika lumia 635, error message;
'we're having trouble connection eas.outlook.com. contact support person or service provider. error code: 86000c09'.
this has been happening since friday 20th jan.
how go resolving this?

let's start working on checking if there's pending phone software update. check it, go settings> under system, tap phone update> check updates.
after updating phone software, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.
let know results.
