we know more concern, make sure addressed accordingly. please provide following information:

  • have tried running windows apps troubleshooter? if not, please check link.
  • what troubleshooting steps have done?
  • are getting error message?

you may reset feedback hub application following these steps:

  1. go settings and click system.
  2. click apps & features on left pane of screen.
  3. select feedback hub click advanced options.
  4. under storage usage , app reset, click reset.
