when sign in messaging app on win 10 mobile syncs previous messages , downloads them on phone/pc...
how can delete messages source that's making sync possible?

your backup on onedrive stays in sync phone. delete or receive message on phone , backup updates. changing backup phone.

when go messaging app on phone see there, on phone. there no update/change backup until send, receive or delete message.

you have give pc time update.

you have understand process.
