LOCKSCREEN PIN PROBLEM - Microsoft Community

hi..sirs , madams ..im using lumia 630 microsoft(rm-978)..its lockscreen timed 1069000munites because of entering wrong pin several times..please me..to unlock

unless willing wait 2 years, have hard reset phone.

the hard reset bring phone factory settings, when device first turned on

all apps, messages, media, personal settings, etc removed phone.

if backup turned on under settings, can restore apps , settings after performing a hard reset (as long initialize phone same microsoft account). 

if can turn on device can reset phone under settings:  settings > > reset phone.
