Lumia 532 Restarts automatically - Microsoft Community


hello sir! have miicrosoft lumia 532 mobile phone. mobile phone restarts automatically after every 1-2 minutes , happens repeatedly.. @ same time wifi turned off autimatically. can not turn on wifi of cell phone.. me please, how can fix problem?

we suggest perform hard reset. can reset phone under settings: settings  > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. 

go settings > backup > apps + settings > back now.

hard reset windows phone return same state in first time turned on. personal content erased, , phone restored factory settings.

please create backup before performing hard reset phone memory wiped out. creating backup, click stuff.
