ringer volume a too low @ 10.  talk volume low.  if upgrade win 10 {from 8.1} volume improve?  there helpful app ring tone volume 8.1 or 10?  app increase vibration?  thanks,  ron

does changing ringtone make difference? can send screenshot of volume settings?
