Microsoft Edge Keeps FREEZING - Microsoft Community


on build 1607 of windows 10. have 2 laptops facing exact same issue. microsoft edge randomly freezes entire system. my laptops work fine long as i don't use edge. i have seen couple of threads discuss exact same issue , seem unresolved. suggestions given support staff seems not anything. please me solve issue or lose edge user chrome.

click link , try perform clean boot in windows 10. you can troubleshoot or determine conflict causing issue performing clean boot.

if won't work, click link , use system file checker tool repair missing or corrupted system files in windows 10 , check if issue still persists.
