capable of using share.it apps transfer file between devices???? have tried many times close automatically during transfer file. when don't switch on hotspot apps didn't close automatically. have solution of it???

better assist share.it app issue, please answer following questions:

  • which windows version running on phone?
  • have tried uninstalling , reinstalling app?
  • have checked if share.it app updated on windows store?
