t-mobile phone nokia lumia 521 not receive internet data after setting apn got 2g went , bought nokia lumia 925 4g isn't recognizing service. recognizes sim card not have active service. says have at&t , verizon , 1 other network not t-mobile. 925 has t-mobile brand name came in t-mobile box called service provider , said there isn't blocks on device. i've tried updating corect issue i've tried searching way update phone windows 10 unfortunately there no release of windows 10 device. there several other things i've tried i've lost track in attempts. i'm @ wits end , ask else can

this says must have bad sim. did t-mobile ever consider that?

go to a tmobile store help.

no updates ever fix problem.
