why have lost fb messenger app, , link, provided, not work?

you need first update phone windows 10 mobile if want use messenger again, since facebook discontinued support wp8.1 (which phone on) , other older versions of android , ios.

alternatively, can still access facebook account web browser on phone , read , send messages there - if don't want update phone w10m.
