Windows 10 15031 not responding after full reset - Microsoft Community


hi. installed new 15031 insider preview version , decided make full reset of system rid of garbage on main system drive. fine until start setup screen appeared. keyboard , mouse aren't responding. seems system thinking have touchscreen (which not). , usb plugged devices stop working @ moment when system starts initialize. had similar issues?! 'cause can't revert older version already.

we want clarify, how did reset computer? have tried using system file checker tool? see article more information it.
