why emails on lumia 550 phone being deleted after 4 days , why web pages oversized

hi,

regarding issue emails being automatically deleted on phone, provide following information?

  • how long have had problem?
  • have checked settings of email if have rules concerns deleting of emails?
  • have tried opening email using desktop? possible emails missing on mobile version, has phone's temp files.
