I can't sign into my Microsoft account on my Lumia phone - Microsoft Community

can't sign microsoft account on lumia 640lte phone-

have reset phone.
when going through setup process unable sign in.
thus, unable download apps or sync devices

have followed hints, tips & steps have found on site many others on internet.

reset time manually
checked updates
rebooted phone without sim
connected wifi / sim data
reset phone
...

unfortunately without any success.

if has solution me, please may assists =)
