Lumia 950 Re-booting often & battery issues - Microsoft Community

i have been having (3) major issues on past month or 2.  first, have phone on charger, either 1 @ home or @ work, show charging not.  i had phone on charger night , wake half charge , experience same thing @ work.  second, when charge, find phone losing charge have charge phone again in afternoon. third, , aggravating, phone re-boots often. 1-2 times/day.

all of seems random.  i go few days , fine.  then have few days of ****.  i noticed getting number of updates apps quite often.  this has been going on, believe, since february.  whats up??

any suggestions?!?!?

to resolved issue, suggest perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone , safe attempt in problem situation. press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.

if soft reset didn't work, suggest perform hard reset instead. hard reset bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on. can reset phone under settings: system > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. go system > update , security > backup >more options > now.
