Lumia 950 XL Dual Sim shows 92% when fully charged - Microsoft Community


charged lumia 950 xl 100% , shut down. waited 15 minutes , started , battery shows 92% after starting it. lost 8% while shut off.  turned on bluetooth , wi-fi , used phone 30 minutes , used 15% during time. didn't downloading, pictures, videos, or anything. internet usage. phone 3 days old. bad battery or should factory reset?

let's start working on performing soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power and volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts. after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
