no app list....cant phone out no.phone tile. - Microsoft Community


only have messenger,facebook,twitter,whatsapp(not working..no other apps there , no app list.managed upwhatsapp.but when options ...says view or share.cant that..wont let me.on says home.download n pressed n nothing happened.this has been going on 5days
