No Audio on MS maps - Microsoft Community


hi

i can't voice directions using ms maps on lumia 950.  has worked in past, doesn't.

i using english (australian) speech settings, audio on and current updates downloaded.

os build:10.0.14393.576

any ideas please.

suggest that you perform soft reset having phone turned on. press , hold the volume down and power buttons until phone vibrates , restarts.
