Nokia E7 & mail for exchange - Microsoft Community


hello,

i have had 2 e-mail accounts e7. 1 has been hotmail account , other has been work e-mail via mail exchange. made soft reset e7 , seems lost mail exchange possibility totally. hotmail connect still there , works there no more mail exchange option under e-mail option. know possibility download mail exchange e7?

if go profile offline, should see option, after reset. or stated differently: cannot remove feature via factory reset. consequently, cause different. nokia e7 allows 1 e-mail account via mail exchange (mfe; aka microsoft exchange activesync). therefore, guess, added hotmail not imap mfe. consequently, please, remove hotmail account again , start mfe account.

when worked, add hotmail (this time imap) again, please, continue there…

if did not work, please,

  1. dial *#0000# , post (just) software version , product code.
  2. enable profile offline , go nokia » menu » (applications ») mail » new , enter *** email address removed privacy *** mail address , ‘password’ password. after that, options listed?
