phone format - Microsoft Community


hi..

i'm using microsoft lumia 540 phone windows 10 version of os. want format phone , don't know how format . please give me suggestions .

open settings/system/about

scroll bottom , click on "reset phone".

that hard reset device , set if brand new store. (if did updates, os updates remain not lose them)
