sir, customer of microsoft lumia640xl. employees employed in service centre in address given above not answering questions of customers.do value customers or not.actually problem is...i had problem mobile in downloading apps in mobile had warranty.the employees of service centre changed os of mobile.that's ok. when had gone collect mobile , opened battery of mobile put sim mobile language has been changed chinese english without indication.the emloyees there telling telling lies have n't chosen type of option in it.what thinking of themselves.we don't have need tell lies.i have not optioned thing in mobile. took mobile , placed sim it.i asking when optioned tell truth have done mistake since have warranty.warn employees customers should respected them.i give example.my friend has problem lenovo k3 note , when had gone service centre polite in solving problem of mobile.this 1 of way increase valuable customers.take complaint serious issue.otherwise make public issue in social media (customers) not respected you.
