how do I tell groove to only play downloaded music

i not see setting in groove play music have downloaded, not go onedrive collection. please illuminate.

i know how create playlist , have sync phone (lumia 929 running latest windows 10 mobile).

alternatively, please suggest better app this.

on displays , albums, artist, songs , playlists there 'refine' selection @ top.

select - refine, filter, on device.

in last update ability share playlists added. see menu, settings, what's new.

no other app necessary music.
