failing download games , apps on nokia lumia 520 ...it requires me add details everytime  after clicking install option. please

let's start working on checking if there's pending phone software update. check it, go settings > under system, tap phone update > check updates.

after updating phone software, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.
