i have update patch "security socket layer 3.0" go registry file - select following:

hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\internet settings\secure protocols

modify: set values "(0x00000aa)"

this change w ill enable "ssl 3.0" set. on internet explorer 11.0 check internet option.
