Strange UI problem with Edge/IE & Office Lens - Microsoft Community

i running insider build 15048 - today tried using office lens first time, , noted strange combination of english , chinese in menu , buttons.

here screen shots office lens:

as you'll note, there odd mixture of english , chinese.  thought might related ms account set hk sar display language english.  however, later saw identical issue browsing onedrive.com edge, similar mix of english , chinese - ie same, chrome , firefox display english expected.

i wonder if there underlying issue edge/id/universal app libraries in 15048 causing funky display issue?

any thoughts?

normally, menu language dependent on country or region set windows system to. recommend post issue in windows insider feedback hub. our engineers address in upcoming updates.
