Super slow Microsoft Edge on reconditioned Fry's desktop - Microsoft Community


i have seen few complaints microsoft edge, wonder if super slow, pre-2000 ratta-tat-tat few clicks of many websites, due edge or refurbished hp 5700 bought few months ago fry's electronics ... or combination of both?

hp 5700 sff refurbished desktop pc intel pentium core 2 ... duo e2160 ... 1.80ghz processor ... 2gb memory, 80 gb hard drive, windows 10

would downloading chrome or firefox conflict microsoft system?

go on windows 10 performance , install integrity checklist check install set correctly, optimized best performance, , needed repairs.  

the steps repair edge in checklist, may go overall install integrity suspect in factory or install of unknown quality. 

at time can clean install windows 10 gold standard, or more automated reset windows 10 pc  clean except doesn't clear hard drive cleanest (and may have disk junkyard built up).
