unhappy face after update lumia 650 - Microsoft Community


got brand new lumia 650 never used yet.  doing update , unhappy face. thing brick now.  tried power , volume down reboot, should get  an  exclamation mark on display after not happen, tries update again without success. tried the suggestions online pressing volume keys , power button in sequence, did not work either.  tried device recovery tool gets third of way , stops. gives error:

downloading file rm1154_1078.0042.10586.13333.15945.035305_retal_prod_signed.ffu failed.

any suggestions?

i purchased online micosoftstore, tried calling 1800 number , directs me online support page. there way of getting repair done.
