hello have purchased 930 running on 8.1.2 hey cortana work need speech region , language match live in melbourne australia cant because closest speech setting  i can english uk version thats fine can match region  english uk    and language english  but cant make interstate calls without international assist because phone thinks  am calling uk question (finally) can download or upgrade have australian version in speech settings seems strange can have australia-english on region , language not speech setting roy
