so, watching rooster teeth video on windows phone(lumia 435 windows 10) on school wifi instead of doing schoolwork, , out of nowhere, phone cuts light-blue screen long , low-pitch beep. automatically restarted, has no recollection of ever shutting down. seems unaffected incident, i'd know happened , why. thanks. peace.

verify if issue software related, suggest perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation.

perform soft reset:
1. make sure phone turned on.
2. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restarts.

take note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).

after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists. let know if need more assistance.
