i'm unable complete update process current build 16199.1000 latest insider preview 16215.1000 (rs_prerelease). configuration of updates faster usual installing process stuck @ 99%. pc restarts automatically message of ' restoring previous version of windows'. can't modify or install .net framework because installed. registry looking okay. sfc unable find integrity violations. i'm using 64 bit os.
