15048 No Start Menu, Action Center or Cortana - Microsoft Community


just updated 15046 15048, have no; start menu, action center, or cortana function. worked until first reboot of system.

update seemed went fine, did clear out pinned task bar icons.

please not ask if posted feedback hub, have no access it.

thank in advance insight.

update: right click jump list not work.

sfc /scannow dose not work

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth not find files

had same issue in previous build. updating video driver fixed glitch
