Bing Images is flashing . . . on Internet Explorer 11 - Microsoft Community

this seemingley started out of blue:

using ie 11 & win 10, when visit "bing images", site loads - refeshes, , refeshes, , refreshes couple of times second (flash, flash, flash) nonstop. this renders site pretty mush useless. but, if try click on 1 of flashing images, multiple tries, eventualy image respond. then, if tap arrow, return "images" page once again flashidy-flashidy- flash-flash-flash returns.

i have tried disabling add-ons , restarting both ie , computer itself - no change.

my system kept updated, , has been extreamly stable. problem experiencing.

this issue might due corrupted system file. great if can tell more issue:

• when did issue start?
• are getting error messages?
• are experiencing issue on different website?
• are experiencing same issue when using different browser?
• have tried resetting internet explorer?
• what current version , build number of windows 10 pc?

click start button, type pc, , press enter find out version , build number of windows 10 pc.

we'll waiting response.
