Bluetooth connectivity issue - Microsoft Community


i use jbl pulse 2 bluetooth speaker connect hp pavilion laptop having windows 10. gets connected successfully, while playing media file sound comes in shattered form. however, speaker work other devices android phone.

the same type of issue observed friend hp laptop (different version) , philips bluetooth speaker. may seems issue software part of windows 10.

 

the following windows blog build 15031 known issue and may or may not apply you:

"going settings > devices crash settings app. you will be unable to pair a bluetooth device. bluetooth quick actions action center not work."
