build 15031.rs2_reelease.170201-1546 

after unlocking desktop (locked overnight rather shutdown), start menu stops responding left clicks or keyboard

windows key.   right click works , can used restart machine.

after restart, appears working normally.

noticed action center doesn't respond left click either.

locked overnight, locked is not powerstate, need inspect power settings. system configured such never sleeps?
