messenger has stopped working - Microsoft Community


husband has nokia lumia , facebook messenger has stopped working had message saying phone not support app? there way of getting back?

facebook has decided stop supporting older os'ses , conisder windows phone 8.1 older os.

if phone supported upgrading windows 10 mobile, it's possible use app again in windows 10 mobile.

if phone not supported upgrading windows 10 mobile, option use website options @ facebook.
