My Nokia Lumia 1020 won't charge, turn on, nor reset. What should - Microsoft Community


i use 1020 photography, thats on hold phone bricked itself..
had randomly shut off , wont turn on, i've tried charging , tried turning on. when didn't work, tried soft , hard resetting doesn't respond.

i think problem battery.

i ran out of options now, should do?

must hardware issue. phone's battery faulty, that's why won't turn on anymore. since issue remains unresolved after you've done possible troubleshooting steps, advise take phone microsoft authorized stores further evaluation.

check location of authorized store in area, click bring device store.
