No restore option after windows 10 mobile reset - Microsoft Community


i'm having issue after auto update of 950 dual sim to 10.0.10586.318 in edge won't run.  seems others had issue , fix reset device.  before reset, made sure backup, , verified shows on onedrive under devices.  tried reset first, never prompted restore backup, tried windows device recovery tool.  in both cases, process ask me sign in, never searches backup.

i've turned off backup on clean phone don't accidentally overwrite backup.  please advise.
